On November 1, 2024, the DEP API output includes the Fredericksburg Regional Transit (FXBGO) alerts.

On October 24, 2024, the DEP API output includes a new set of CCTV stream agency filters to enable more precise filtering capabilities. The new filters are as follows:

• [vdot] = VDOT cameras from ATMS – Arlington CCTV – Alexandria CCTV
• [arlingtonva] = Arlington CCTV
• [alexandriava] = Alexandria CCTV
• [vdot_rm3p] = [vdot] + [arlingtonva] + [alexandriava] with duplicates removed.

On August 15, 2024, AMTRAK GTFS feed was added to the DEP API output as well as the specification-confirming GTFS feed.

On August 13, 2024, the CUE GTFS feed was restored by transitioning to the new source URL.

The DEP API now includes a specification-confirming GTFS data sets. Each source contains the latest.zip file that represents the latest valid GTFS file, as well as the recent archive of ten available files.

The DEP API now includes VDOT Work Zone Data Exchange (WZDx) specification format output.
